I have several years of experience in providing professional translation and linguistic validation from English into Danish as well as from Danish to English of pharmaceutical and medical documentation. I have served as in-country Linguistic Validation Consultant (LVC) on numerous projects for some of the biggest CROs in the industry, including the global ICON plc.
Many of my linguistic services have been connected to the study and development of new drugs or medical devices in many different therapeutic areas. I can also offer to perform field research surveys and cognitive debriefing.
Translation in the medical field requires meticulous attention to detail, industry and subject matter familiarity as well as compliance with regulatory guidelines and privacy laws.
Additionally, it requires the ability to adjust the register of language to the intended target audience, whether they are specialists, healthcare professionals or patients.
